Downloads, delivery and the details behind your order.
Return and Refund Policy
This policy covers purchases made directly at beaconbrandsltd.shop from BEACON BRANDS LTD for UK customers. Physical goods and digital content have different rules, explained below. Our voluntary policy adds to your statutory rights; it does not replace them.
For eligible physical products, you may tell us you wish to return an item within 30 calendar days after delivery, then send it back within 14 calendar days after telling us. This applies to a change of mind as well as a request for an alternative item. The day after delivery is day one. For items from one order delivered separately, we will also honour any later statutory starting date that applies.
Under this additional offer, goods must be unused apart from reasonable inspection, complete with supplied components, and free from damage caused after delivery. Open packaging carefully and keep it where practical. Original packaging is helpful but is not an absolute condition. We charge no restocking fee. The additional offer does not cover clearly personalised physical goods made to your specifications or downloadable files.
These voluntary conditions do not restrict your right to inspect goods under statutory cancellation rules or your remedies for a fault. Handmade goods, goods produced after an order and standard catalogue options are not automatically excluded from cancellation simply because they are made to order.
How to arrange a physical return
Contact customer service, email support@beaconbrandsltd.shop, or call +44 7700 141338. Identify your order and the item. If you are changing your mind, no explanation is required for a statutory cancellation. For a fault, describe the problem; photographs may help but are not a condition of having legal rights.
Ask for the appropriate return destination and posting instructions before sending a parcel. Our registered office is not identified as a warehouse or walk-in return counter. Contacting us helps route the parcel; it does not make statutory cancellation dependent on approval or allow us to delay your legal rights. If no separate return address has been supplied, the statutory rules on where goods may be returned continue to apply.
Pack goods securely and retain proof of sending. Include the order reference where practical. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details or unrelated personal information with a return request.
Return postage
Free outward shipping is separate from return postage. For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for direct return costs only where that responsibility was clearly disclosed before you purchased and the law permits it. If we agreed to pay, or failed to provide a legally required return-cost disclosure, we bear those costs. Contact us for the arrangements applicable to your order before buying postage; this policy does not promise a prepaid label.
For faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods, we bear reasonable return costs where required by law. We will discuss a suitable return or collection arrangement. You do not have to pay a restocking or refund administration fee to exercise a statutory remedy.
Your UK statutory cancellation right: 14 days, not seven
For most online purchases of physical goods, you can cancel from placing the order until the end of 14 calendar days after the day you receive the goods. For one order delivered in separate parts, the period normally runs from receipt of the last part. Tell us clearly that you are cancelling, then send the goods back within a further 14 calendar days after the day you tell us. Legal extensions apply if required cancellation information was not supplied.
You may use email, telephone, post or another clear statement. You do not have to wait for permission, use a particular form or give a reason. A seven-day reporting or return rule does not replace these rights.
You may inspect the goods as you reasonably could in a shop. A deduction for diminished value is permitted only in the circumstances allowed by law, including handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods' nature, characteristics and functioning. We will explain any proposed deduction. We cannot impose an automatic packaging or restocking deduction on a statutory cancellation.
Cancellation refunds and our voluntary refund procedure
For a statutory cancellation of physical goods where we have not offered collection, reimbursement is due without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after we receive the goods back or you supply evidence of sending them back, whichever is earlier. Where we have offered to collect, or the relevant cancellation does not involve returning goods, the deadline is generally 14 calendar days after we are informed of cancellation. An inspection does not restart the clock.
For a return relying only on our additional 30-day offer, we will issue the refund without undue delay and within 14 calendar days after receipt of the returned goods. Any earlier statutory deadline takes priority.
We refund the amount due to the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. You do not have to accept store credit instead of a refund legally owed. For a full statutory cancellation, any standard outward delivery charge is also refundable; an expressly chosen premium above the least expensive standard option need not be. Our free shipping has no paid standard delivery charge to refund, and we do not deduct a fictional outward postage fee.
Issuing a refund and its appearance in your account are separate stages. Your payment provider controls its posting time. Contact us if you cannot locate a refund so we can check its status and supply available transaction information. Provider processing does not remove our responsibility to reimburse within the applicable legal deadline.
Faulty, damaged or misdescribed physical goods
Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their particular purpose where the law requires. For goods that fail those standards, there is normally a short-term right to reject within 30 days, with the statutory starting conditions and any repair-related extension applying. After that period, repair or replacement and, in appropriate circumstances, a price reduction or final rejection may be available. These rights can continue beyond our voluntary return window.
Where a statutory rejection refund is due, we must give it without undue delay and within 14 calendar days beginning with the day we agree that you are entitled to it. A separate inspection or warehouse-receipt rule must not postpone that deadline. We do not impose a seven-day fault-notification limit or require original packaging as a universal condition.
Personalised physical goods and commissioned work
The ordinary change-of-mind cancellation right can be excluded for physical goods genuinely made to your specifications or clearly personalised. Any relevant specification and exception should be explained before purchase. This does not excuse a fault, incorrect personalisation or failure to match the agreed description.
A custom digital pattern is not automatically treated as a personalised physical good. Where an order includes a separately contracted design service, the service rules must be considered separately. A proportionate charge for service work during a cancellation period is permitted only where the required information and express request to start early have been obtained. A service cancellation right is not lost merely because work has started.
Digital patterns and other downloadable content
If a product is described as a digital pattern, the purchase is for the stated file, not a finished toy, garment, kit or printed copy. The 30-day physical return offer does not apply to digital files.
For digital content supplied without a physical medium, the cancellation period normally lasts 14 calendar days after the day the contract is made. Supply during that period can cause the cancellation right to end only after your prior express consent to starting supply and your acknowledgement that you will lose the right when supply begins. The required confirmation must also be provided on a durable medium, such as email. A general acceptance of terms, a pre-ticked box or a statement that all downloads are non-refundable is not a substitute for those steps.
Where those requirements have not been met, applicable cancellation rights remain; you do not bear the cost of content supplied during the cancellation period in the circumstances specified by law. For a valid digital cancellation, reimbursement is due without undue delay and generally within 14 calendar days of notification.
Digital content must meet its description and applicable quality and fitness standards. If a file is corrupt, missing, incorrect or materially misdescribed, contact us with the order reference and the problem. Statutory remedies can include repair or replacement, and an appropriate price reduction, potentially the full price, where the legal conditions are met. We will not require a physical return label for a download or treat downloading as a waiver of faulty-content rights.
Exchanges and order changes
For an eligible physical item, you can request an exchange subject to availability. We will explain any price difference and arrangements before you agree. An exchange is optional; it does not displace a refund you are entitled to receive. If no suitable replacement is available, use the applicable refund route.
Contact us promptly to correct or cancel an order before dispatch or digital supply. We cannot promise that a dispatched parcel can be intercepted. Your applicable statutory rights continue if it cannot.
Optional cancellation message
You may send a message in this form: “To BEACON BRANDS LTD: I give notice that I cancel my contract for the following goods or digital content. My order reference is …; ordered on …; received on … where applicable. My name and address are …; date ….” A signature is needed only if you choose to send a paper form. This is optional; another clear statement is sufficient.
Orders placed on Etsy
For purchases through BeaconBrandsLtd on Etsy, use the relevant Etsy order to contact the seller. Etsy's transaction terms and platform procedures apply to that order alongside mandatory law. This website policy does not transfer Etsy buyer protections to direct-store purchases.
Contact and company details
Legal operator: BEACON BRANDS LTD.
Company number: 16731039, registered in England and Wales.
Registered office: 483 Green Lanes, London, United Kingdom, N13 4BS.
BEACON BRANDS LTD is the controller responsible for personal information it uses to administer beaconbrandsltd.shop, respond to enquiries and fulfil its customer contracts. This notice explains those purposes and your UK data-protection rights. Information processed independently by an external platform is also subject to that platform's own notice.
Who to contact
Legal operator: BEACON BRANDS LTD.
Company number: 16731039, registered in England and Wales.
Registered office: 483 Green Lanes, London, United Kingdom, N13 4BS.
Use these details for privacy enquiries, objections and rights requests. Identify the order or interaction concerned, but do not send passwords, full card numbers or banking security codes. You can also write to our registered office, marking the letter “Privacy”.
Information connected with a purchase or enquiry
To handle an order, we need relevant identity, contact and transaction information, such as your name, email address, purchased item, payment status and order reference. Physical delivery also requires a delivery address and relevant delivery instructions. Billing information is used for the transaction and associated records.
For a digital purchase, relevant information can include the file ordered and communications about supplying or accessing it. If you commission a personalised product or pattern, information you choose to submit as part of the brief is used to deal with that request. Please avoid sending sensitive information or another person's information unless it is needed and you are entitled to provide it.
Customer-service records can contain your messages, the order information needed to investigate them, and any photographs you provide. Where an account feature is used, account details support access to that feature. Browsing and checkout systems can also process technical information such as IP address, browser, device and session details. The Cookies Policy explains storage and access technologies separately.
Purposes and legal bases
We use information needed to respond to a purchase request, administer payment, supply the item and manage associated customer service on the basis of taking steps at your request before a contract or performing that contract. We use information needed to comply with accounting, tax and consumer obligations on the basis of legal obligation.
For proportionate fraud prevention, security, complaint handling and the establishment or defence of claims, processing may be based on legitimate interests where it is not instead required by law or necessary for the contract. Those interests are protecting customers and the business and resolving disputes; they must be balanced against individuals' rights.
Where consent is required for a marketing communication or a storage/access technology, the relevant use requires that consent. Consent to optional marketing is separate from purchasing or sending an enquiry. Necessary order communications can continue even if you decline marketing.
Sources and recipients
Information usually comes from you when you order, contact us or provide a custom brief. Payment services provide transaction status; delivery services can provide delivery status for physical goods. If you contact or purchase from the business on Etsy, information made available through the relevant Etsy transaction is used to respond and administer that transaction.
Shopify provides the ecommerce platform for this store. Its role in hosting the store and processing associated information is described in Shopify's privacy information. Depending on the particular service, Shopify can process information on a merchant's instructions or for its own purposes as explained in its notice.
Other relevant recipients are the payment service chosen for a transaction, fulfilment and delivery providers for physical orders, providers used to supply digital files, and the communication providers needed to handle enquiries. Professional advisers and public authorities may receive relevant records where necessary for advice, legal obligations or a dispute. This describes recipient functions; it does not mean that every provider receives every part of an order.
External links, including BeaconBrandsLtd on Etsy, open services with their own privacy practices. A link alone does not establish that their tracking technologies are embedded in this website. Purchases and messages on Etsy remain associated with that platform's separate processing.
Marketing and your right to object
You may object at any time to processing for direct marketing, including related profiling. Contact us to make that choice. If you receive a marketing email, you may also use its unsubscribe facility. We may retain the minimum information needed to respect an objection and prevent further unwanted marketing.
If processing is based on legitimate interests, you can object on grounds relating to your circumstances. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Cookie choices and email-marketing choices are separate; changing one does not necessarily change the other.
Retention
We keep information for the purpose for which it is needed, taking account of the transaction, applicable record-keeping duties and any unresolved complaint or claim. Order and financial records may need to be kept after delivery or an account closure to meet legal obligations.
Enquiry and custom-brief records should be kept only as long as needed to resolve the request and meet relevant legal responsibilities. The criteria include whether the matter remains open, whether the record is needed for an associated order or dispute, and whether the purpose can be met with less information. Marketing permission records and minimal suppression records have different purposes from ordinary order records. Cookie lifetimes must be assessed separately from the retention of transaction data.
You can ask about the retention criteria applying to your particular information. A request to erase data will be considered against any legal reason to retain it; keeping a legally required invoice does not justify keeping unrelated browsing data indefinitely.
Processing outside the United Kingdom
The use of an international platform can involve processing outside the UK. Shopify explains its contractual processing and international-transfer provisions in its Data Processing Addendum. The countries and safeguards depend on the service and data flow involved.
Where we make a restricted international transfer, the applicable UK requirements must be met. These can involve an adequacy regulation or appropriate contractual safeguards and associated assessments, depending on the circumstances. Contact us for information about a transfer affecting your data and how to obtain relevant safeguards. This notice does not represent that every supplier uses the same transfer mechanism or that all information stays in the UK.
Your information rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or a portable copy of information you supplied. You can object where the law provides, including the direct-marketing right above, and withdraw consent where it is the basis for processing.
We may ask for proportionate information to identify you and locate the relevant records before disclosing personal data. We must respond within the applicable legal period and explain any lawful extension or restriction. Refusing optional marketing does not prevent you from exercising these rights.
If a payment or order is affected by an automated check, contact us to seek an explanation and review of the issue. Any legally significant automated decision must be handled with the information and safeguards required by applicable law. A declined payment does not by itself establish misconduct by a customer.
Providing information and handling concerns
Without the information necessary for a contract, such as a usable delivery address for physical goods, we may be unable to fulfil it. Optional marketing information is not a condition of buying. Please keep your account credentials secure and avoid sending unnecessary personal information in support messages.
Raise a concern through our contact page or the details above. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. You do not need our permission to approach the ICO.
This notice may be updated as services and processing change. A revised notice does not itself authorise a new use requiring consent. Relevant information and choices must be provided when required.
These terms apply to consumer purchases made directly through beaconbrandsltd.shop from BEACON BRANDS LTD. They are written in British English for our United Kingdom service. Read them with the product description, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Payment Policy. You may save these terms for your records.
The seller
Legal operator: BEACON BRANDS LTD.
Company number: 16731039, registered in England and Wales.
Registered office: 483 Green Lanes, London, United Kingdom, N13 4BS.
Our registered office identifies the company and is not a representation that products are manufactured, held, dispatched or available for collection there.
Product descriptions and the item you buy
Review the description, price, quantity and selected options before ordering. A listing for a digital crochet pattern supplies the described instructions or file; a photograph of a finished project does not mean that the finished object, yarn, tools or a printed copy are included. Check the stated language, skill level, file format and any compatibility requirements.
For physical goods, check dimensions, materials, quantity and any care information. For genuinely personalised items, check the agreed specification before ordering. Natural variation or handmade production does not excuse a product that materially fails to match its description or required quality.
Our Etsy catalogue and direct website catalogue are separate offers. Do not assume that an item, bonus, discount or delivery arrangement on Etsy is included in a direct website order unless the direct listing says so.
Placing an order and contract confirmation
Review your basket and correct errors before submitting the order with an obligation to pay. Supply accurate contact and delivery information and check the final total. Keep the order information sent to you and contact us promptly if it is incorrect or does not arrive.
Submitting an order is your offer to purchase. Our acceptance is communicated in a message confirming that we accept the order. An acknowledgement of receipt or a temporary payment authorisation is not, by itself, that acceptance. This does not permit us to disregard a contract that has already been formed by our communications or conduct.
If we cannot supply an item, we will explain the situation and refund any payment due for an unsupplied item. We will not impose a higher price or substitute a materially different item without your agreement. We remain responsible for obligations arising from an accepted contract.
Prices, currency and payment
Prices and direct-store transactions are in GBP (£). Consumer prices include applicable taxes. Free shipping applies to our UK physical-delivery service. The final amount payable must be made clear before you commit to the order; optional paid extras require your agreement.
Use the payment options presented for your transaction at checkout. A bank or payment provider may perform authentication or authorisation checks. A pending entry is not necessarily a completed charge. If your payment account uses another currency, your provider may apply its own conversion terms. For help with payment errors or refunds, see the Payment Policy.
Delivery of physical goods
Our merchant-provided estimates are 1–2 business days for handling, 2–3 business days for carrier transit, and 3–5 business days estimated total delivery. The total includes handling; it is not a further period to add to transit. See the Shipping Policy for the scope and help with delays.
Delivery is due within the agreed period, or, where no period has been agreed, without undue delay and normally within 30 days of the contract. If an essential agreed date is missed, we refuse delivery, or a suitable additional deadline is missed where the law requires one, cancellation and refund rights may arise. A delivery estimate does not remove those rights.
Where we arrange delivery, risk remains with us until you or a person you identify takes physical possession, subject to the legal exception where you independently commission a carrier we did not offer. A tracking status alone is not conclusive proof of receipt.
Digital supply and custom work
For any digital content offered on this website, its listing and confirmation must identify what is supplied, how it is delivered and the timing. Physical handling and carrier transit do not describe electronic delivery. An instant-download statement on Etsy does not determine direct-store supply timing.
We must obtain the required express consent and acknowledgement before beginning digital supply during the statutory cancellation period in a way that ends the cancellation right. We must also provide the required durable confirmation. Personalised digital work is assessed under the rules appropriate to digital content and any separately contracted service, rather than automatically under the exception for personalised physical goods.
Cancellation, returns and exchanges
The Return and Refund Policy explains statutory cancellation, product faults and our additional 30-calendar-day physical return window. For that additional window, notify us within 30 calendar days after delivery and send eligible goods back within 14 calendar days after notification. Voluntary exchanges depend on availability; no restocking fee applies.
For most physical online purchases, statutory cancellation gives 14 calendar days after delivery to notify us and another 14 calendar days to send goods back. Seven days is not a replacement statutory limit. Different rules apply to digital content and genuinely personalised goods. Free outward shipping does not itself establish free change-of-mind returns.
Refunds follow the applicable legal deadline and the procedure in the Return and Refund Policy. A voluntary return condition cannot remove remedies for goods or digital content that fail legal standards.
Digital files and intellectual property
Buying a file gives you the rights described in the relevant offer; it does not transfer ownership of copyright in the pattern or other content. Any product-specific licence, including permissions concerning sale of finished items, should be checked before purchase. We do not impose a new blanket ban on selling finished work where the product's agreed licence permits it.
Website content can belong to us or other rights holders. You may retain information needed for your purchase and records. Please contact us about any proposed use requiring permission or a suspected rights infringement, identifying the material involved.
Website use and accounts
Do not submit fraudulent orders, interfere with other users, introduce malicious code or misuse account access. Keep sign-in credentials confidential. These rules do not restrict legitimate criticism, complaints or consumer remedies.
The Privacy Policy explains personal-information processing. Accepting purchase terms does not give blanket permission for optional marketing or tracking. See the Cookies Policy for related information.
Complaints and responsibility
Contact us with the order reference, what went wrong and the remedy you seek. We will consider the issue and explain the next steps. You may seek independent advice, use a payment provider's applicable dispute process or exercise legal rights without completing an arbitrary internal waiting period. We will supply any dispute-resolution information required by applicable law.
We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory rights concerning description, quality, delivery, digital content or remedies.
Governing law and future changes
These terms use the law of England and Wales, without taking away mandatory consumer protections or rights to bring proceedings in the courts available where you live, including Scotland or Northern Ireland. If a term cannot lawfully be enforced, the remainder continues so far as the law permits.
Changes apply to future transactions and do not retrospectively remove rights under an existing order. Specific information and commitments forming part of your contract remain relevant. For help, visit Contact Information.
This policy explains the UK physical-delivery service for purchases made directly from BEACON BRANDS LTD through beaconbrandsltd.shop. Electronic supply of a digital product is addressed separately below. Marketplace delivery statements do not automatically apply to this website.
Destination and price
Our direct-store market is the United Kingdom, with prices in GBP (£). Shipping is free. We do not add a minimum-spend requirement or a regional surcharge through this policy. Any destination or product limitation relevant to a particular order must be made clear before payment; we will not add an undisclosed delivery fee afterwards.
Please provide the recipient's name, full address and postcode for a physical delivery. For an unusual address or a time-sensitive order, contact us before purchase so the applicable arrangements can be checked. This is not a statement that Northern Ireland, the Highlands or islands are excluded.
Handling, carrier transit and total delivery
For physical orders covered by this service, the estimates are:
Order handling: 1–2 business days to prepare the order for dispatch.
Carrier transit: 2–3 business days for the journey after dispatch.
Estimated total delivery: 3–5 business days, including handling and carrier transit.
Do not add handling again to the total estimate. Business-day estimates are different from calendar days and do not mean three to five consecutive dates in every case. The relevant operating and carrier calendars affect a delivery date. If you need a specific arrival date, contact us before ordering to establish whether it can be agreed.
The estimates are not a guaranteed appointment. A customer-service opening time is not an order cutoff or carrier collection time. No fixed order cutoff is specified in this policy.
Order information and dispatch enquiries
Review the order information supplied after checkout, especially the item, selected options and physical-delivery address. Tell us promptly about any error. We will check whether a correction can still be made; a parcel already in transit may not be capable of redirection.
Contact us with your order reference for dispatch information. Where tracking is provided for your parcel, use those details to follow carrier updates. The creation of a shipping label is not proof that the parcel has been collected or delivered. This policy does not promise that every service includes tracking.
Delayed, missing, damaged or incorrect deliveries
Contact us if the estimated period has passed, an update appears inconsistent or an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Supply the order reference and any available tracking details. Photographs can help explain damage where practical, but a lack of photographs or original packaging does not remove statutory rights.
Where we arrange the delivery, we remain responsible until you or a person you identify takes physical possession, subject to any applicable statutory exception. We will help investigate with the carrier rather than making a carrier's internal claim process your only route to a remedy.
If delivery is not made within the agreed period, your rights depend on the circumstances. Where no period was agreed, goods normally must be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days. The law may allow cancellation immediately where an essential agreed date is missed or delivery is refused, or after a reasonable additional delivery period in other cases. A general reference to delays does not remove those remedies.
Address problems and unsuccessful delivery
If a parcel cannot be delivered or is returned, contact us to agree the appropriate next step. We will consider the reason and your applicable rights. We will not treat every failed delivery as a waiver of a refund or impose an undisclosed penalty. Any optional new arrangement must be explained before you agree to it.
Our registered office is company information, not a stated dispatch warehouse. Do not travel there expecting collection or send an unsolicited parcel there on the assumption that it is a returns depot. For returns, use the Return and Refund Policy; statutory rights concerning cancellation and return destinations remain unaffected.
Digital products
A product described as a PDF pattern or other download is supplied electronically rather than by carrier. The physical estimates of 1–2 business days handling and 2–3 business days transit do not apply to digital supply. The digital listing and order information should specify the file, delivery method and availability timing.
If a file or access message is missing, check the contact details used for the order and contact us with its reference. An “instant download” or bonus offer on Etsy belongs to the relevant Etsy listing; it is not an automatic direct-store promise. Custom digital work requires its own agreed specification and supply time.
Returns and contact
Free shipping does not determine change-of-mind return postage. Our additional 30-calendar-day return window concerns eligible physical goods; digital cancellation and faulty-content remedies are separate. See the complete Return and Refund Policy before arranging a return.

Product and order enquiries
For a product question, include its name or listing link and explain the information you need. For a digital pattern, this might concern the file format, language, skill level or whether a finished item is included. For a physical product, it might concern dimensions, materials or delivery arrangements.
For an existing purchase, include the order reference and contact details used at checkout. Describe the issue or requested change clearly. If you want to cancel, state that directly; a statutory cancellation does not require a particular subject line, form or our prior approval.
For a return, request the appropriate destination and instructions before posting a parcel. Contacting us must not delay a statutory deadline or deprive you of the return-address rules available under law. See the Return and Refund Policy.
Complaints and privacy requests
Explain what happened and the resolution you seek. We will consider the information and explain the next step. There is no compulsory requirement to post publicly or purchase an additional service to raise a complaint.
For privacy matters, identify the information or interaction concerned. Do not send passwords, complete payment-card numbers, security codes or unrelated identity documents with an initial enquiry. The Privacy Policy explains your rights and the route to the ICO.

Before you order
Send the product link and the question you want answered. For crochet patterns and other digital files, check whether you are buying instructions or a finished item, the language, skill level, included files and compatibility. A photograph of a finished project does not mean materials or a finished product are included.
For a physical product, ask about dimensions, materials or a particular delivery requirement. If arrival by a specific date is essential, discuss that before placing the order so any agreement is clear.
Existing orders, changes and delivery
Include your order reference, the email address used at checkout and a concise description of the issue. For an address correction or cancellation, state the requested action promptly. If payment status is uncertain, contact us before repeatedly attempting payment.
For physical-delivery enquiries, include tracking information if it has been supplied. For a missing download, identify the file or access message you expected and describe what happens when you try to access it. Do not include full card numbers, passwords or banking authentication codes.
Our Shipping Policy explains free UK physical shipping, with 1–2 business days handling plus 2–3 business days transit: an estimated total of 3–5 business days. Those parcel estimates do not describe digital delivery.
Returns and complaints
Our Return and Refund Policy explains the terms for eligible physical returns, statutory cancellation, faulty goods and digital-content remedies. Explain the issue and preferred resolution when contacting us. Photos may help with a fault, but are not a condition of exercising statutory rights.
Ask for the appropriate physical return address before posting. The registered office below is not identified as a returns depot or collection counter. We cannot make a statutory cancellation conditional on obtaining authorisation.

Cookies store small amounts of information on a device. Related technologies include browser storage, pixels and scripts that store or access information. Their purpose can include keeping a basket available, maintaining a sign-in session, remembering a choice or measuring use of a service.
The name or size of a cookie does not determine whether consent is needed. Its purpose, how information is used and whether the applicable legal conditions are met are what matter. Information can relate to a person even where it does not contain their name.
Essential functionality
Storage or access strictly necessary to provide a service you request can qualify for an exception from consent. Examples can include maintaining the basket during checkout or supporting a requested sign-in. Necessary security functions must be assessed by their actual purpose; a useful business feature is not automatically strictly necessary.
An essential function does not authorise unrelated advertising or tracking. Where one technology serves several purposes, every purpose must be assessed, rather than describing the whole technology as essential because one of its uses is necessary.
Measurement, preferences and advertising
Some measurement of service use or adaptation to a user's preferences can qualify for a specific UK exception, subject to its conditions. Those exceptions do not make all analytics consent-free. Where applicable, clear information and a simple, free way to object must be provided. Tracking people across services or for advertising is not covered merely because it is described as analytics.
Where consent is required, it must be obtained before the relevant storage or access. Optional advertising, personalisation or measurement must not be treated as accepted just because someone browses, buys a product or agrees to the Terms of Service. A written notice does not itself switch a technology off or record a valid choice.
Managing choices
Use any privacy controls presented with a feature to make the choices explained there. Consent must be capable of being withdrawn as easily as it is given. Where an applicable exception provides a right to object, that objection must be available without charge. For help identifying a technology or communicating a privacy choice, contact us.
Browser settings also let you inspect, clear or restrict site data. Blocking all storage may affect shopping or account functions as well as optional features. Browser controls are additional tools; they do not replace a website's duty to obtain consent or offer an applicable objection route.
Choices may be specific to a browser or device. Clearing site data or using a different device can remove or separate a stored preference. Withdrawing consent governs future use based on that consent; a request concerning information already held is dealt with under applicable data-protection rights.
Providers and duration
Shopify provides the store platform. Its general processing is described in Shopify's privacy information. The technology used for a specific payment or optional feature depends on that service; a platform's general notice is not a complete inventory of this website's enabled technologies.
Session storage can end when a browser session closes; persistent storage can remain for its set lifetime or until removed. The relevant purpose and permitted duration must be assessed for each technology. You can contact us with a cookie name or a description of the feature concerned to ask for information. Please do not send your entire browsing history or account credentials.
External platforms and marketing messages
Following a link to BeaconBrandsLtd on Etsy takes you to a separate platform with its own privacy controls. Your choices there do not automatically set choices on this website, or vice versa.
Email marketing is a separate issue from browser storage. If you receive an optional marketing message, use its unsubscribe option or contact us to object. Declining marketing does not prevent necessary communications about an order or a privacy request.
Contact and changes
For cookie or privacy questions, email support@beaconbrandsltd.shop, call +44 7700 141338, or use our contact page. The controller is BEACON BRANDS LTD, company 16731039, registered office 483 Green Lanes, London, United Kingdom, N13 4BS.
This policy may be updated when relevant services or legal requirements change. A new written version does not replace any consent or information required for a new purpose. You may raise data-protection concerns with the Information Commissioner's Office.
This policy concerns payments made directly to BEACON BRANDS LTD through beaconbrandsltd.shop. Read it with the Terms of Service and the information for the product you select.
Currency, taxes and the total
Direct-store prices and transactions are in pounds sterling, GBP (£). Consumer prices include applicable taxes. UK shipping is free for the physical-delivery service described in our Shipping Policy.
Review the product, quantity, options, discounts and total before committing to payment. Optional paid extras require your agreement. A digital pattern purchase is for the specified file or content, not a finished object or materials unless expressly included in the offer.
If your account uses another currency, your payment provider may convert the GBP amount under its own terms. Ask that provider about its exchange rate or fees. We do not represent a provider's conversion charge as a charge made by this store.
Payment methods
Use a method displayed for your transaction at checkout. Availability can depend on the device, provider and transaction. A payment method shown on Etsy is not evidence that the same method is enabled on this website.
Follow any authentication instructions through the payment provider's legitimate interface. Customer service does not need your full card number, security code, banking password or one-time banking code to find an order or investigate a refund. Do not send them through email or a contact form.
Authorisations, charges and order status
A payment provider may show a pending authorisation before a completed charge. These are different statuses. The payment information shown during checkout and your provider's record should be checked when you need to understand a specific transaction.
Keep your order reference and any payment confirmation. If an attempt appears unsuccessful but your bank shows a pending entry, contact us before repeatedly submitting payment. We can check the order information available to us, while your provider can explain its own pending-entry process. We do not give a universal release time for all providers.
Errors and duplicate payments
Contact customer service with the order reference, approximate transaction time and a description of the issue. You may supply suitably redacted evidence of duplicate charges. Avoid sharing complete account or payment credentials.
We will investigate an apparent duplicate or incorrect store payment and correct amounts due. If you suspect unauthorised use of a payment account, also contact the provider through its official channels. Your applicable payment-dispute and consumer rights remain available.
Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment method unless you expressly agree to a lawful alternative, without a refund fee. An eligible statutory refund is not restricted to store credit.
For physical statutory cancellation where we have not offered collection, reimbursement is due without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after the goods are received back or evidence of sending is supplied, whichever happens first. Other cancellation circumstances and faulty-goods refunds have different statutory triggers. For returns relying only on our additional 30-day physical offer, we issue reimbursement within 14 calendar days after receipt, subject to any earlier statutory deadline. Read the Return and Refund Policy for the complete rules.
Issuing a refund does not mean that every bank displays it immediately. If a refund is not visible, contact us to check the transaction and available provider reference. Provider posting times do not remove our legal reimbursement duties.
Digital content and marketplace orders
Downloading content does not remove rights relating to a corrupt, incorrect or misdescribed file. Any loss of the ordinary digital cancellation right depends on the required express consent, acknowledgement, commencement of supply and confirmation. See the Return and Refund Policy.
For a purchase through BeaconBrandsLtd on Etsy, use its order and payment-support routes. Etsy checkout offers and protections apply to that transaction and are not a statement about direct-store payment facilities.
Contact and privacy
Legal operator: BEACON BRANDS LTD.
Company number: 16731039, registered in England and Wales.
Registered office: 483 Green Lanes, London, United Kingdom, N13 4BS.
Our Privacy Policy explains personal-information handling. The Secure Checkout page provides practical precautions when entering order or payment details.
This page offers practical guidance for purchases from BEACON BRANDS LTD at beaconbrandsltd.shop. Check the website address, order details and payment destination whenever you shop.
Check the connection and destination
Before entering personal or payment information, check that the browser shows the intended website or the legitimate payment service selected at checkout. Inspect the browser's site-information controls for the connection status and do not bypass a security warning to complete a purchase.
An HTTPS connection encrypts information in transit between a browser and the service. Modern implementations normally use TLS, although the term SSL is still commonly used. Encryption alone does not establish a retailer's identity, product quality or ability to fulfil an order. This page is not a security certification or a guarantee against every risk.
Payment information
Use the payment options displayed for your transaction and follow the selected provider's authentication instructions. Review the GBP total and the item being purchased. A digital pattern is distinct from a finished product, even where the product image shows a completed project.
Do not email or put into an enquiry form your full card number, security code, banking password or one-time banking authentication code. Those details are not needed to answer a product question, identify a return or discuss an order. Be cautious if an unexpected message asks you to move payment to a different destination.
For failed payment attempts, duplicate transactions or refunds, follow the Payment Policy. An unexplained pending bank entry should be checked before repeated attempts to pay.
Account and device precautions
Protect the email account you use for orders and any store sign-in credentials. Use a unique password where one is required, keep the browser and device updated and sign out on a shared device. Do not share order-access or download links publicly if they provide access to your purchase or personal information.
A message's display name is not proof of the sender's identity. If a message seems unusual, return to the known site address yourself and compare its details with your order. Use independently obtained contact details for your payment provider when discussing suspected fraud.
Report a concern
If you see an unexpected payment request, wrong destination or security warning, stop entering sensitive information and contact us. Describe what you observed and include the relevant order reference if there is one. Screenshots can help if payment details and other sensitive information are removed.
If a payment credential may have been exposed, contact the bank or provider promptly through its official route. We can investigate the store-related records and communications available to us; we cannot control a bank's response or promise that no unauthorised activity can occur.
Privacy and other platforms
Our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy describe information handling and related rights. Optional marketing permission is separate from the information needed to complete a purchase.
Purchases made on Etsy use Etsy's own checkout arrangements. Its payment-security statements should not be read as a certification of this separate website.

Who is the seller?
The legal operator is BEACON BRANDS LTD, company 16731039, registered in England and Wales. Its registered office is 483 Green Lanes, London, United Kingdom, N13 4BS. The company was incorporated on 19 September 2025. See Companies House and About Us.
What is the connection with Etsy?
BeaconBrandsLtd on Etsy is the marketplace channel supplied for this business. Its visible catalogue includes digital crochet patterns for amigurumi, keychains, bookmarks and clothing accessories, with a custom-pattern offering. Etsy reviews concern that marketplace and are not reviews collected from direct website orders.
Am I buying a finished crochet item or a pattern?
Check the individual listing. A PDF pattern is a set of instructions; photographs of a completed toy or garment illustrate the project and do not by themselves include a finished item. Check the included files, language, skill level and any necessary software. Yarn, hooks, other tools or a printed copy are included only where the offer expressly says so.
Can I request something personalised?
Use the product's stated customisation options or ask us about the particular request before paying. Confirm what will be supplied and the agreed specification and time. Personalisation does not automatically remove every cancellation right, especially for digital content or a separately contracted service. Incorrect or faulty work remains subject to applicable remedies.
Which currency and payment methods apply?
Direct-store prices and transactions are in GBP (£), with applicable taxes included in consumer prices. Use a payment method displayed for your transaction at checkout. Etsy payment logos do not identify the direct store's enabled methods. See the Payment Policy.
Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
The direct-store market is United Kingdom only, and shipping is free. Regional availability and any product-specific limitation must be clear before payment. No mainland-only exclusion or minimum-spend condition is stated here. For an unusual delivery address, contact us before ordering so the arrangements can be checked.
How long does physical delivery take?
The estimates are 1–2 business days handling plus 2–3 business days carrier transit, making 3–5 business days estimated total delivery. Do not add handling again to the total. Business days differ from calendar days, and the applicable calendars affect dates. For an essential arrival date, discuss it before ordering. See the Shipping Policy.
Do those delivery times apply to downloads?
No. A digital file is supplied electronically, so carrier transit does not apply. Check the digital offer and order information for its supply method and timing. An Etsy instant-download or bonus-delivery promise does not automatically apply to a direct website order.
What if an order or file has not arrived?
Contact us with the order reference. For a parcel, include any available tracking information. For a file, explain whether the access message is missing or the file will not open. Check the contact details supplied at checkout. We can investigate the relevant supply issue; you do not have to wait an arbitrary additional period before reporting it.
Can I change an order or correct an address?
Contact us promptly with the requested change. We will check the stage of processing. A dispatched parcel or digital supply already begun may not be reversible in the same way as an unprocessed order, but applicable cancellation and faulty-product rights still apply.
Do I have 14 days or seven days to cancel?
For most physical online purchases, you have 14 calendar days after delivery to notify cancellation, then 14 calendar days after notification to send the goods back. Seven days is not the general UK statutory online cancellation period. Digital content normally has a 14-day period from the contract, with specific rules for early supply. See the Return and Refund Policy.
What is the extra physical return window?
For eligible physical goods, our additional offer allows notification within 30 calendar days after delivery, followed by 14 calendar days to send the goods back. The voluntary condition is unused apart from reasonable inspection, complete and undamaged by later use. No restocking fee applies. These conditions do not remove statutory inspection rights or remedies for a fault. The offer does not cover downloads or genuinely personalised physical goods.
Is return postage free?
Free outward shipping does not establish free returns. The applicable change-of-mind return-cost responsibility must have been disclosed before purchase; if legally required disclosure was missing, we bear the direct cost. We bear reasonable faulty-goods return costs where required by law. Ask for the correct instructions and destination before paying for postage. No universal prepaid-label promise is made here.
Are exchanges available?
You may request an eligible physical exchange, subject to availability and agreement on any price difference. If no suitable replacement is available, the applicable refund route remains available. A statutory refund cannot be replaced with an exchange or store credit against your wishes.
Can I return a handmade or custom item?
Handmade or made-to-order production alone does not remove cancellation rights. The exception for goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised must apply to the actual physical product. A custom digital pattern requires its own digital-content and, where relevant, service analysis. Faults and incorrect descriptions are separate from a change of mind.
Are digital files always non-refundable?
No. Loss of the ordinary digital cancellation right requires the legally prescribed express consent and acknowledgement before supply starts, together with the required confirmation. Downloading also does not remove remedies for faulty or misdescribed content. Contact us if a supplied file is corrupt, missing, incorrect or materially different from its description.
When is a refund issued?
The full Return and Refund Policy distinguishes the deadlines. For the usual physical statutory cancellation without collection, reimbursement is due without undue delay and within 14 calendar days after receipt or earlier proof of sending. Faulty-goods rejection uses a different trigger: generally within 14 calendar days beginning with agreement that a refund is due. The additional voluntary physical return offer uses 14 calendar days after receipt, subject to any earlier statutory deadline. Provider posting time is separate from issuing the refund.
Can I visit the registered office or send a return there?
It is a company address, not an advertised shop, dispatch warehouse or walk-in returns counter. Request the appropriate physical return destination. We do not make statutory cancellation subject to permission, and legal return-address rules still apply if a separate destination has not been provided.
How do I ask about privacy or cookies?
Read the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. Contact us to exercise information rights or ask about a particular technology. Buying a product or making an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to optional marketing.
BEACON BRANDS LTD is the company behind beaconbrandsltd.shop. Our marketplace presence, BeaconBrandsLtd on Etsy, focuses on digital crochet patterns and creative projects. This page brings together the company information and the marketplace evidence so you can see which business and sales channel each detail concerns.
The creative catalogue on Etsy
The Etsy catalogue includes crochet patterns for amigurumi animals, keychains, bookmarks and clothing accessories. The shop also lists a custom crochet-pattern option. Its About section identifies Sajad Hussain as the shop owner and describes an interest in creating crochet patterns for customers' projects.
A digital pattern is different from a finished handmade object. Photographs show the kind of project a pattern is intended to produce; the individual listing explains the actual file and what is included. Languages, skill levels and techniques vary, so read the specific description before selecting a project. Etsy's catalogue is not a claim that the same products or offers are available on every sales channel.
The company behind the name

You can check the public Companies House record. Its recorded business activity is retail sale via mail order houses or the Internet. A company's incorporation date is separate from the opening date of an individual shop or website.
The registered office is company information. It is not presented as a manufacturing site, dispatch warehouse, public showroom or walk-in returns counter.
Etsy customer feedback
On 17 October 2026, the public BeaconBrandsLtd Etsy shop displayed a 4.6 out of 5 rating, 58 reviews and 446 sales. Its About section displayed “On Etsy since 2025”. These are dated marketplace figures and can change; follow the link to read the original feedback and see the latest information.
These ratings, reviews and sales belong to the Etsy shop. They are not presented as reviews collected by beaconbrandsltd.shop or sales completed through this website. The figures do not constitute a guarantee for an individual purchase or an endorsement by Etsy or Google.
Shopping directly
Our direct-store market is the United Kingdom and our currency is GBP (£). For physical orders covered by our delivery service, shipping is free, with an estimated 1–2 business days handling plus 2–3 business days carrier transit: 3–5 business days in total. Digital files do not travel by carrier and use the supply arrangements stated for the particular digital offer.
Our Shipping Policy, Payment Policy and Return and Refund Policy explain direct-store purchasing. The additional 30-day physical return offer is separate from statutory cancellation and faulty-product rights. Etsy delivery offers, payment options and buyer protections apply to the relevant marketplace transaction and do not automatically transfer to the direct website.
For an Etsy purchase, use the relevant Etsy order to contact the seller where practical. Our Privacy Policy explains information handling and your rights.
