Payment Policy

This policy concerns payments made directly to BEACON BRANDS LTD through beaconbrandsltd.shop. Read it with the Terms of Service and the information for the product you select.

Currency, taxes and the total

Direct-store prices and transactions are in pounds sterling, GBP (£). Consumer prices include applicable taxes. UK shipping is free for the physical-delivery service described in our Shipping Policy.

Review the product, quantity, options, discounts and total before committing to payment. Optional paid extras require your agreement. A digital pattern purchase is for the specified file or content, not a finished object or materials unless expressly included in the offer.

If your account uses another currency, your payment provider may convert the GBP amount under its own terms. Ask that provider about its exchange rate or fees. We do not represent a provider's conversion charge as a charge made by this store.

Payment methods

Use a method displayed for your transaction at checkout. Availability can depend on the device, provider and transaction. A payment method shown on Etsy is not evidence that the same method is enabled on this website.

Follow any authentication instructions through the payment provider's legitimate interface. Customer service does not need your full card number, security code, banking password or one-time banking code to find an order or investigate a refund. Do not send them through email or a contact form.

Authorisations, charges and order status

A payment provider may show a pending authorisation before a completed charge. These are different statuses. The payment information shown during checkout and your provider's record should be checked when you need to understand a specific transaction.

Keep your order reference and any payment confirmation. If an attempt appears unsuccessful but your bank shows a pending entry, contact us before repeatedly submitting payment. We can check the order information available to us, while your provider can explain its own pending-entry process. We do not give a universal release time for all providers.

Errors and duplicate payments

Contact customer service with the order reference, approximate transaction time and a description of the issue. You may supply suitably redacted evidence of duplicate charges. Avoid sharing complete account or payment credentials.

We will investigate an apparent duplicate or incorrect store payment and correct amounts due. If you suspect unauthorised use of a payment account, also contact the provider through its official channels. Your applicable payment-dispute and consumer rights remain available.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment method unless you expressly agree to a lawful alternative, without a refund fee. An eligible statutory refund is not restricted to store credit.

For physical statutory cancellation where we have not offered collection, reimbursement is due without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after the goods are received back or evidence of sending is supplied, whichever happens first. Other cancellation circumstances and faulty-goods refunds have different statutory triggers. For returns relying only on our additional 30-day physical offer, we issue reimbursement within 14 calendar days after receipt, subject to any earlier statutory deadline. Issuing a refund does not mean that every bank displays it immediately. If a refund is not visible, contact us to check the transaction and available provider reference. Provider posting times do not remove our legal reimbursement duties.

Digital content and marketplace orders

Downloading content does not remove rights relating to a corrupt, incorrect or misdescribed file. Any loss of the ordinary digital cancellation right depends on the required express consent, acknowledgement, commencement of supply and confirmation. See the Return and Refund Policy.

For a purchase through BeaconBrandsLtd on Etsy, use its order and payment-support routes. Etsy checkout offers and protections apply to that transaction and are not a statement about direct-store payment facilities.
